Paneer tikka



Ingredients

100gm paneer
Hunggcurd 1cup
Red chilli powder 1tbsp
Ginger garlic green chilli paste 2tbsp
Garam masala 1tbsp
Amchur powder 1tbsp
Cumin powdwe 1tbsp
Coriander powder 1tsp
Salt to taste
Black salt 1tsp
Asafotedia(hing) a pinch
1 largeCapsicum cubed
1 large tomato cubed
1 large onion cubed

Method

1.cut paneer in cubes


 

 2.cut caspsicum,tomato,onion into cubes
3.make a paste of ginger,garlic,green chilli paste

 4.In a hungcurd add all the spieces and blend well.
5.Add cubed paneer and vegetables and marinate them.



 6.keep the marinated paneer and veggies in freeze for 3hrs
7.Insert the vegies and paneer in the skewers and cook in the heat as given without tandoor.😉

8.your paneer tikka is ready to serve.serve hot woth green chutney.

 9.Another option is cook on a tawa the marinated paneer and veggies.cook from all sides and serve hot.
