Corn curry



Ingredients
1 big size onion finely chopped
1 big size tomato finely chopped
2-3green chilli finely chopped
Salt to taste
1 cup frozen sweetcorn kennels soaked in warm water.
1/4tsp tumeric powder
2tbsp fresh malai
1tsp kasuri methi
1tsp tomato ketchup
A pinch of sugar
2tsp red chilli powder
1tsp coriander powder
1tbsp oil
Cumin seeds 1tsp
Garam masala 1tsp

Method

Heat oil in a kadai add cumin seeds,when it starts sizziling add chopped onions,green chillies and saute till it becones transculent.
Then add chopped tomatoes and cook till it becomes pulpy and soft.
Now add salt,tumeric powder and cook in amedium low flame for about 2-3mins.
Then add  sweet corn,red chilli powder,coriander powder and mix well
Now add whisked fresh malai and cook till oil seperates.
Then add kasuri methi and garam masala and cook for a minute.
Serve hot with chapati or rice.
