Palak patta chaat

Ingredients

Curd beaten 2-3tbsp
Sev for garnishing
Anar kernels fresh 20 nos
Spinach leaves 20 nos
Gram flour 2tbsp
Rice flour 1tbsp
Boiled kidney beans 2tbsp
Boiled chola 2tbsp
Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Ajwain 1/4tsp
Kalonji 1/4tsp
Salt to taste
4tsp saunth chutney
4tsp green mint chutney
1tsp chaat masala

Method

Add besan to a bowl,and add rice flour,red chilli powder,ajjwain,kalonji and salt to taste and water and mix well.Now coat the palak patta with the batter and remove in a plate.Now deep fry in a wok with heated oil.
Remove in a plate and fill the base of the plate.Add  kidney beans,chole,beaten curd,saunth chutney,green mint chutney,sev chaat masala and anar kernels,and serve immediately.
