Dry fruit cake

Dry fruit cake without oven


Ingredients

1cup maida (all purpose flour)
250ml mithai mate
1tsp baking powder
1/2tsp baking soda
1/2 cup soda water
1tsp vanilla essence
2 stick butter
3tbsp icinng sugar
Cheery cut into pieces 2tbsp
2tbsp almonds chopped
2tbsp cashew chopped
2tbsp Raisins chopped

Method

1.sieve all the dry ingredients and keep aside
2.mix butter and sugar well in mixing bowl and mithai mate and blend till smooth
3.Then add soda water and beat well 
4.Now combine all dry ingrediendts with wet ingredientsand beat well.
5.Dust the chopped dry fruits and cherry with maida to avoid burnt and combine in the mix
6.In the gas preheat the batti cooker for 5 mins in the medium low flame.
7.grease the mould dust with maida and  pour the cake batter in the mould
8.pat the mould filled with batter to release the gas bubble and volume in the cake.
9. fill the mould 60% and 40% empty so that cake can rise
10.keep the cake mould in the batti cooker,cover and cook in a medium low flame for 30-45 mins.
11.Remove from the cooker when done,check with the help of skewrs by inserting in the middle of tje cake,it qill comw clean
12.let it cool and then unmould the cake
13.Njoy the dry fruit cake in tea time.
