Mango butterscotch custard

Mango Butterscotch custard 


Ingredients 

500ml milk
2tbsp butterscotch custard powder 
2tbsp sugar
1cup mango puree 
Mango pieces
Cinnamon powder 1/2tsp
Kesar few strands

Method 

1.Take a heavy bottom and bring boil to milk except one cup milk.
2.In one cup milk add 2 tbsp custard powder and whisk so that no lumps are formed 
3.when milk starts to boil add the custard mix milk slowly and keep stirring so that the custard does not stick the bottom
4.cook for 3-4 mins add kesar strands soaked in 2tbsp milk and cinnamon powder.
5.turn off the flame and transfer it in the bowl.
6.then add mango puree slowly and mix well till well blended.
7.let it cool and add few pieces of mangoes to it and freeze for 5-6hrs
8.serve chilled with topping with cream.
