Kacche Aam ka panna


Ingredients

1/2 kg kachhe aam
Fresh pudina leaves 15-20
1/2tsp salt
1/2tsp Black salt
1/2tsp black pepper powder
2-3tbsp sugar
1tsp cumin(jeera powder) 

Method

1.wash kacche aam and cut them into pieces.
2.Then,add kacche aam,pudina leaves in a pressure cooker

 3.pour 2 cups of water in the cooker.
 4.Then,add salt to it
 5.Add kali mirch powder
 6.Add sugar to it
7.close the lid of the cooker and cook till 4 whisles
8.strain the pulp from the strainer


9.Add black salt
10.Add cumin powder to it
11.add  chilled water to it
12 its ready to serve
