One pot biryani
Ingredients
Basmati rice 2cup
Mix veg frozen 1cup
Golden corn 1/2cup
Lemon juice 1tbsp
Ghee 1tbsp
Clove 2
Dalchini 1 inch
Tej patta 1
Cumin seeds 1tsp
Red chilli powder 1tsp
Tumeric powder 1/4tsp
Salt to taste
Elaichi 2
Garam masala 1tsp
Roasted jeera powder 1tsp
Method
Soak basmati rice for an hour,then risne 3-4 times and drain water.
Heat ghee in a pressure cooker,add clove,dalchini,elaichi,tej patta, jeera,and cook well.
Then add mix veg,sweet corn,red chilli powder,roasted jeera powder,tumeric powder,salt and mix well.cook for 2 mins
Now add basmati rice,garam masala and mix well.
Then add 2 1/2 cup water,close the pressure cooker and cook till one whistle.
Serve hot with curd or raita.
