Cheesy pasta


Ingredients

1 cup boiled pasta
Butter 2tbsp
2tbsp maida
2 cups shreded cheese
Salt to taste
Garlic powder 1tsp
Dried herbs 1tsp
1 1/2cup milk
Fresh cream 2tbsp
Black pepper powder to taste

Method
Melt butter in a pan,then add maida and cook till it changes it color and raw smell goes away.
Then add garlic powder and cook for another minute.
Now pour milk slowly slowly and stir continuously so that no lumbs are formed.
Mix all the milk and stir well till it reaches a thick consistency.
Now add cheese,and fresh cream and stir continously so that everything mix well and no lumbs are formed.
Then add black pepper powder and boiled pasta,mix well
Now add dried herbs mix and transfer in the serving bowl or plate,grate cheese over it and sprinkle some  dried herbs and enjoy.
Serve hot.
