Rawa toast

Ingridents


8 pcs bread slices
1cup suji
1 cup mix veg(capsicum,matar,carrot,french beans,cauliflower)boiled and chopped
1tbsp malai or cream
2tbsp soya chunks(bolied and chopped)
3cubes processed cheese
1cup beaten curd
Salt to taste
1tsp garam masala
1/2tsp black pepper powder
1/2tsp jeera powder
1/2tsp chaat masala

Direction

In a big container add mix veg
 Now add chopped tomatoes

Then add boiled soya chunks cut into small pieces 

Mix well all the vegies,soya chunks and tomatoes
 Add garam masala
 Then add cumin(jeera) powder
 Then add chaat masala
Then add black pepper(kali mirch)powder
 Then add malai or fresh cream
 Add suji
 Then add salt to taste
Then add beaten curd to the mix
 Mix well all the ingridents
 Now add grated processed cheese
 Mix well...the suji mix will look like the above image
 Now take a bread slice and spread the mix as above
 Heat the non stick pan or tawa add heat butter on  it
 Then place the bread slice inverted (the side we placed the mix) on the heated tawa
Cook on the low flame till its golden brown and then turn the bread slice and cook the other side of the bread till golden brown
Your rawa toast is ready to serve.
Serve hot with green coriander chutney or ketchup.
