Veg lollipop kabab
Ingredients
For the lollipop kabab
Oil to deep fry2 medium sized boiled potato
1cup paneer grated
1tsp black pepper powder
1tsp garam masala
1tsp chaat masala
Garlic crushed 1tbsp
1cup thick maida paste(running consistency)
1cup oats
For the sauce
2 tbsp hot and sour soup1tsp corn flour
1tbsp tomato ketchup
1/4cup water
Salt to taste.
Method
1.mash the boiled potato.add grated paneer,mashed potatoes and oats in a mixing bowl.2.Now add salt,black salt,garam masala,black pepper powder,chaat masala and mix well and give the shape of lollipop and keep in freeze for 10-15mins.
3.Heat oil in a kadai and then take the lollipop from the fridge and coat them in the maida batter and deep fry the lollipops till golden brown and keep aside.
4.Then insert stick to the fried lollipop and keep aside.
5.heat the hot and sour soup and mix in tomato ketchup and add wate bring it
a boil and then add the cornflour dissolved in water.
6.keep stirring so no lumbs are formed
.
7.Now coat the veg lollipop in the sauce and serve hot with the sauce.
8.serve and enjoy
