Truffle cake
Ingredients
1 cup Maida
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
3 tbsp powdered sugar
One teaspoon baking powder
200 grams condensed milk
100 grams butter
Vanilla essence 1tsp
7up 1/2cup
2tbsp sugar syrup
For ganache
200gm fresh cream
300gm cooking chocolate
For frosting
1 cup whipping cream
Icing sugar 1/4cup
Vanila essence 1tsp
For frosting

Method
Seive all dry ingridents and mix wet ingredients together,then blend both dry and wet ingredients together.
Preheat the idli cooker with salt in the bottom for 5mins in a low flame.
Grease and dust the cake mould and pour the cake mix in the mould.the mould should be 40%empty so that cake can rise well.
Heat the cake mix in idli cooker for approx 30-45 mins in a low flame.
When the kneif comes out clean from the cake the cake is baked properly
Take the mould out of the cake and cover with plate.
Unmould the cake when it cools down.
Cut in layers with the help of string so that it is easily divided in equal portions.
Soak the cake layer with sugar syrup and keepaside.
Beat whipping cream along with icingsugar and vanilla essence till thick.
Now spread the cream inside the cake layers and cover the whole cake with the cream and freeze it.
To make ganache for truffle icing.Heat fresh cream in a pan,add cooking chocolate to it and mix well.let it cool
Pour the prepared ganache on the creamed cake and let it set in freeze.
Serve and enjoy.
