Restaurant style kadai paneer


Ingredients

For kadai masala

5-6k kashmiri red chillies,
1.5tbsp coriander seeds

For kadai paneer gravy 

3-4tbsp oil
1 large onion finely chopped
2tsp ginger garlic paste
5-6medium tomatoes finely chopped
1 large capsicum cubed into pieces
1-2 green chillies slit
1/2cup water
1/2tsp garam masala
250gm cubed paneer
1tsp crushed kasuri methi
2tbsp chopped coriander leaves
1 inch ginger
Salt to taste

Method

Grind the ingredients of kadai masala in a semi fine powder and keep aside.
In a kadai heat oil,add onion till they turn transculent.
Then add ginger garlic paste,saute till raw smell goes away
Now add finely chopped tomatoes cook till it becomes pulpy and the mixture turns like a paste.
Now add capsicum,saute the capsicum for 5mins
Then add slit green chilies,add water
Mix very well and saute till capsicum is half done.
Then add salt,kadai masala,garam masala,mix these well.
Now add the paneer cubes again mix well.lastly add kasuri methi,and coriander leaves ,mix again and cook for a min
Serve hot.
