Paneer popcorn
Ingredients
200gm paneer
Salt to taste
1tsp Kasuri methi
1tsp chilli flakes
Besan 30gm
Water 80mlts
Bread crums
Method
In a mixing bowl add paneer,salt,kasuri methi,chilli flakes and mix well
In another bowl add besan,water qnd mix well ro make a thick smooth paste.
Dip paneer cubes in besan paste and roll them in bread crums
Heat sufficient oil in a heavy bottom kadai.Deep fry until golden brown.
Drain on an abaorbent paper
Serve hot with green chutney and ketchup.
