Nutri kulcha
Ingredients
1/2cup soya chunks
2 tomato
1 inch ginger
2-3green chillies
2tbsp ghee
1tsp jeera
1 mediym sized chopped onion
1tbsp red chilli powder
1tbsp coriander powder
1tsp amchur powder
1tsp cumin powder
1 capsicum chopped
1/2cup blunched spinach
1tsp soya sauce
500 ml water
Salt to taste
1tbsp butter
2tbsp fresh cream
1tsp garam masala
1tbsp fresh coriander leaves.
Method
1.Boil soyabean chunks in a tea bag,sugar,salt water gor 10 mins and then drainand aqueeze out extra water.
2.make a paste of Tomato,ginger,green chilli and keep aside
3.In a kadai heat ghee add jeera,when jeera starts to sizzle add chopped onions and cook until golden brown.
4.Then add red chilli powder,coriander powder,cumin powder,amchur powder and mix well
5.add chopped capsicum cook for 2-3mins and then add tomato paste
6.Add 1/2cup blunched spinach,salt and cook until oil seperates and then add soya sauce
7.Then add boiled soya chunks,stir and cook for 3-4mins,then add 500ml water and cook for 8-10mins
8.cover and cook for another 5 mins.then add butter,fresh cream,garam masala and then add freshly chopped coriander leaves.
9.dip the kulcha to apply some masala and warm the dipped kulcha from both sides and serve hot with nutri kulcha.
