Kesar pista kulfi
Ingredients
1lt amul gold milk
4tbsp sugar
4 big kesar peda
4 slice bread
Few kesar
2tbsp Almonds chopped
2tbsp kaju chopped
3tbsp pista(soaked overnight)chopped
Elaichi powder a pinch
Method
1.In a heavy bottom vessel boil the milk and stir occasionally till milk comes to 60%
2.then add sugar and mix well
3.Now add grated kesar peda and bread powder (except the sides of the bread)
4.mix well till everything gets disolved in it
5.now add the dry fruits and soaked kesar milk in the kulfi mixture.
6.combine well and turnoff the flame and let the kulfi mix to cool down
7.qhen it cool down transfer it in the kulfi mould and then deep freeze it for 7-8hrs or overnight
8.your kesar pista kulfi is ready to serve.
