Jagerry sevai
Ingredients
1lt milk
1/2 cup sevai
2tbsp ghee
1/4 cup grated jagerry
1tsp elaichi powder
Few saffron
2tbsp Almonds,cashewnuts,raisins
Method
1.In a deep vessel heat ghee and then roast the sevai till it turns brown in color.
2.Then add milk and keep stirring occasionally till it brings to boil.
3.when the milk reduces to half add grated jagerry and mix well till it dissolves completely.
4.then add dry fruits,elaichi powder,few saffron (soaked in 1tbsp water)
5.your jagerry sevai is ready to serve.
