Instant malpua


Ingredients

1 cup suji
1/4cup malai(or fresh cream)
1/4tsp Saunf powder
1/4tsp elaichi powder
Dalchini powder a pinch
Sugar 1 1/2 cup
Water 1 cup
Powdered sugar 1/2 cup
Oil for deep fry
Almonds for garnushing

Method

Take a mixing bowl add suji,malai,sauf powder,elaichi,dalchini powder,powdered sugar and mix it well.
Then add milk and make a smooth batter,cover and keep it aside for 30 mins.
Meanwhile,in a vessel add sugar and water mix them and turn on the flame and make a sugar syrup of one string consistency and keep it aside.
Heat oil,oil should be medium hot,pour batter and cook both sides till nice golden brown,then soak the fried malpua in the sugar syrup for 10-15mins.
Then garnish with chopped almonds and some more sugar syrup.
