Apple kheer custard
Ingredients
2medium Apple
2tbsp ghee
1lt milk
3tbsp sugar
Few strains of kesar
2tbsp cuaturd powder
1tsp elaichi powder
Dry fruits chopped
Method
1.In a non stick pan heat ghee in a pan and cook grated apple till aroma of apple comes.
2.Then add milk to it bring milk to boil and stir occasionally till milk reduces to half.
3.Then add sugar and mix well.
4.Now add custurd mix(mix custard in half cup milk) to the apple kheer and vook for 2 mins in a meduim low flame.
5.stir so that no lums are formed.
6.add kesar soaked in milk and dry fruits,transfer in a glass bowl.
7 when it becomes cool freeze the apple kheer custard and serve chilled.
