Roti cone



Ingredients to make ROTI CONE

2 roti,

Bowlful of paneer crumbled,(grated)

2 Onion's chopped,

2 green chilly chopped,

2 tomatoes chopped,

4 potatoes boiled

coriander leave's chopped,(dhania patti)

Kala namak as per taste,

1/2tsp Chat masala

Oil as required

How to make ROTI CONE

Take roti and reheat leftover chapattis on hot tawa on both sides and then cut into 2 part's n keep aside

In mixing bowl take paneer, onions, green chilies, coriander leave's, tomatoes n mix nicely and then cook in a non stick pan by adding 1/2tsp oil.keep aside


Now mix maida n water n make a thick paste

Take 1 piece n shape it in cone n apply maida paste n press it, so it stick, heat oil in a kadai and deep fry  roti cones  till crispy and remove them aside.


Mash potatoes and add salt to it and the dip them in a maida batter and the roll in the vermicilli(sewai) and deep fry them and keep aside.

Take paneer mixture n fill in cone's with spoon, so it can be filled nicely and then place the potato balls at the top and serve with ketchup.
