Paneer fingures




Ingredients

Homemade paneer cut into long thin pieces 10 pcs
Ginger garlic paste 2tbsp
Blacksalt 1tsp
Garam masala 1tsp
Chaatmasala 1tsp
Crushed Cornflakes 1cup
Cornflour thick batter 1cup
Salt to taste
Red chilli paste
Oil for deep frying

METHOD

1.In the cornflakes paste mix gingergarlic paste,red chilli paste,blacksalt,salt,garam masala,chaat masala.mix them well and keep aside.
2.Now roll the paneer(cut into thick long stick like pieces) in the batter and roll them in the crushed cornflakes.
3.Then deep fry them in the hot oil and drain in an absorbent tissue.
4.serve with tomatoketchup and enjoy the paneer fingures.
