Oreo choclate mousse cake
Ingredients
1cup whipped cream
200gm dark choclate compound
2tbsp milkmaid
1tsp vanilla essence
1/4cup milk
3tbsp icing sugar
Oreo biscuit 6-7nos
Dry cake(follow the recepie shared before)
Method
1.With the help of a electric beater beat the whipping cream by adding icing sugar and vanilla essence,make it fluffy and light.It will take almost 10-15 mins.keep aside
2.melt the chocolate in a double boiler and then add milkmaid and warm milk,mix well if required add more milk and make a flowing consistency of choclate ganache.keep in fridge and let it cool.
3.with with help of melted ganache decorate the sides of glass and then in the bottom of glass add 1tbsp ganache,then add thin piece of cake and then place a layer of whipped cream then again thin cake slice and whipped cream and top with chocolate ganache.decorate with oreo biscuit.Repeat the same and make other glasses.
4.keep in fridge and serve chilled.
