Mango paneer roll
Ingredients
2 mangoes peeled and thinly cut
1cup homemade paneer
1mangopulp
2tbsp custorsugar
1tbsp ghee
Almonds few for garnishing
Method
2.Add in mango pulp to it and keep kneading for about 5-7mins.
3.knead well so that it turns smooth
4.Now in a blender blend the mixture well to make it smooth.
6.Dont make it too dry
7.cut the mangoes and keep aside
8.take a piece of mango and apply the sondesh mix and roll it in the mango.Repeat the same process for the remaining and garnish with chopped almonds.
9.your Mango sondesh roll is ready to serve.
