Dhaba style masala bhindi
Ingredients
500gm bhindi
2 meduim size onion chopped
1tomato chopped
2tbsp ginger garlic paste
2-3 green slit
Salt to taste
Coriander powder 1tsp
Red chilli powder 2tsp
1/4tsp tumeric powder
Cumin powder 1/2tsp
Garam masala 1tsp
1tbsp oil
1tsp cumin seeds
Coriander leaves 1tbsp
Method
Wash bhindi and then cut bhindi into desired shape,i have cut bhindi slanting shape.
Then add 1/2 tbsp oil in a kadai and add cumin seed and slit chillie,then add bhindi and cook bhindi till its done.
Now add salt to it and mix well.cook for another 2 min,then transfer it in a bowl.
Then heat oil in a pan then add onion,cook till onion turns pink in color or translucent.
Now add ginger garlic paste,cook till raw smell goes away.
Then add tomatoes and cook till tomatoes becomes pulpy.
Now add salt and tumeric powder,mix well and then cook for a minute.
Then add cooked bhindi and mix well.Then add coriander powder and red chilli powder and cook for a minute.
Now add garam masala mix well and then cook for a minute in a medium low flame.
