Custard kulfi


Ingredients

1/2lt amul gold milk
2tbsp custard powder(I used butterscotch flavor)
Sugar as required
Tuttifrutti 2tbsp
3-4 kaju katli

Method

1.boil milk in a heavy bottom to avoid sticking to the bottom.Add sugar and give a stir.
2.stir ocassionally,and boil till it reduces to half
3.In a small bowl mix 2tbsp cornflour in 1/2cup milk and mix slowly in the boiled milk which has reduced to half.
4.continue to mix to avoid any lumbs to form.
5.then add grated kaju katli,mix it well so that it get dissolved
6.then turn off the flame and add tuttifrutti,mix well.
7.After the custard gets cool down,pour the custard in the kulfi mould and deep fridge for 7-8hrs or overnight.
8.your custard kulfi is ready to serve.
