Bread pulao


Ingredients

8-10bread slices
1tsp oil
1onion chopped
1tomato chopped
1Carrot chopped
1capsicum chopped
Salt to taste
1tsp red chilli powder
Lemon juice 1tbsp
Sugar 1/2tsp
Tomato ketchup 1tsp
Saunf 1tsp
Sev for garnishing
Corainder leaves for garnishing

Method

In a kadai heat oil,add saunf then add onion cook till it changes it color to pink or becone translucent.
Then add carrot,capsicum cook covered in a medium low flame for 5-7 mins,stir ocassionally in between and cook till carrot becomes soft.
Then add tomatoes and cook for another 3 mins till tomatoes becomes pulpy
Now add salt,sugar and lemon juice and cook for 1 mins.
Then add tomato ketchup add mix well.
Now add bread roughly cut into pieces,mix well and cook for 2 mins.then add coriander leaves and mix well.
Bread pulao is ready to serve.serve hot garnish with sev.
