Babycorn capsicum malai curry


Ingredients

Babycorn 8-10 pcs.
Capsicum 1 diced into pieces
Onion 1 finely chopped
Tomato 1 finely chopped
Garlic paste 1tsp
Dry red chilli 2-3
Bay leaf 1
Dalchini stick 1inch
Salt to taste
Cumin seeds 1tsp
Coriander powder 1tsp
Red chilli powder 1/2tsp
Oil 2tbsp
Fresh malai 1/4cup
Coriander leaves for garnishing
Garam masala 1tsp
Cumin powder 1/4tsp

Method

1.Heat oil in a kadai.Add cumin seeds,bay leaf,dalchini,dry red chilli,onion,garlic paste.cook till the raw smell of garlic goes away and onion becomes transculent.
2.Now add tomatoes and cook till pulppy.
Then add babycorn cut into pieces and diced capsicum.
3.then add salt,haldi powder. Cover and cook in a medium low flame for 7-8mins,stir ocassionally.
4.Now add coriander powder,red chilli powder,mix well and again cover and cook for 4-5mins or till the veggies are done.
5.Then add fresh malai,blend well and cook till oil seperates.Now add garam masala and cook for a minute.
6.Turn off the flame and add fresh coriander leaves and transfer in serving bowl.serve hot.
