Stir fry vegetables


Ingredients

Red bell pepper 1 cut into pieces
Baby corn 7-8 pcs
Button Mushrum 7-8 pcs
1 onion cut into cubes
Carrot 1 cut into pieces
French beans cut into pieces 10
Black pepper powder 1tsp
Salt to taste 
Cumin powder 1tsp
Lemon juice 1tbsp
Coriander leaves
Dried herb(oregano,or mixed herb)
Olive oil

Method

1.In a non stick pan put oil then add chopped onion,cook till its translucent or pink in color.

2.Then add all other vegies and saute for 2 mins.



3.Then add salt,black pepprer powder,cumin powder and cook for 5-7 mins.

4.then add lemon juice and cook for a minute and turn off the flame.
5.then add oregano and add coriander leaves.
6.serve hot with brown rice.
