Recheado Masala Baingan fry
Ingredients
Baingan 1 thinly sliced
Cloves 2-3
Ginger 1 inch
Black peppercorns 5-6
Garlic 5-6
Red chilli dry seedless 5-6
Cinnamon 1/2 inch
Salt to taste
Seedless Imli 1tsp
Salt to taste
Tumeric powder
Oil to shallow fry
Suji 1 cup
Method
1.Apply salt and tumeric powder to the thinly sliced baingan.keep aside
2.make a paste of dry chilli,cloves,garlic,cinnamon,imli,pepprecons,ginger and make a smooth paste.
3.Apply the Recheado masala to the sliced baingan which we kept aside.
4.cover it with suji and then shallow fry both sides till golden brown.
5.sprinkle cumin powder over the fried baingan and serve hot.
