Dhokla sandwich
Ingredients
Bread slices 10pcs
Carrot 1cup finely chopped
1 onion finely chopped
6-7 french beans finely chopped
1 capsicum finely chopped
2-3 green chillies chopped
Besan 1 cup
1/2 suji
3/4 cup yogurt
1tsp oil
1tsp sugar
1tsp eno
2tsp oil
1/2tsp mustard seeds
Curry leaves
Green chillie
Sugar 1tsp
1tbsp tomato ketchup
1tbsp chili sauce
1tsp soya sauce
Coriander leaves for garnishing.

Method
1.In a mixing bowl add besan,suji,salt,sugar,oil and curd and make a smooth flowing batter and keep aside for 30 mins.
3.Then add salt and mix well.and cook for a minute.
4.now add tomato ketchup,soya sauce, chilli sauceand mix well.
5.Transfer the mixture in a bowl.
7.Grease the dhokla plate and place the bread at bottom.
8.add the vegies stuffing to the bread9.Now add fruit salt(eno) to the batter and pour over the plate
10. Then steam the dhokla sandwich in the steamer.
11.Remove from the steamer the dhokla sandwich when done.(check with toothpick,it will come clean)
12.Now prepare the tempering,heat oil in a small kadai,add mustard seeds,slit green chillies,neem leaves,sugar,and water.
13.pour the tempering over the prepared dhokla sandwich.Now your dhokla sandwich is ready to serve.
