Dhaba style baby onion
Ingredients
Onion small size 10-15
Oil 2tbsp
Green chilli 4 cut into pieces
Garlic paste 2tsp
Ginger paste 1tsp
Buttermilk khoya 1/4 cup(residue of buttermilk)
Bay leaf 1
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder 1tsp
Coriander powder 1tsp
Haldi powder 1/2tsp
Cumin 1 tsp
Garam masala 1tsp
Amchur powder 1/2tsp
Coriander leaves
Method
2.Then add cumin seeds,bay leaf and wait till it sputters
3.Now add baby onions peeled,washed and slit from top
4.add chopped green chillies,ginger garlic paste
5.cook for few mins.
6.then add salt,haldi powder and mix well cook for 5 mins in a medium low flame
7.when the onions become translucent add buttermilk khoya and mix well and cook for a minute.
8.then add red chilli powder and coriander powder and mix well.
10.then add one cup water and keep it in a medium low flame and cook for 5 mins and simmer the water
11.once it reaches it's right consistency turn off the flame and add coriander leaves and transfer in the serving pot.
12.serve hot with paratha.
