Twist Roll
Ingredients
8 slice of bread
3tbsp besan
2tbsp oats (powdered)
1 capsicum(chopped)
1 cup mix veg(frozen)
1 medium onion (chopped)
1 medium tomato (chopped)
1 tsp black pepper
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp haldi powder
1 tsp chilli flakes
1/2 tsp chaat masala
1 tsp oil
2tbsp butter
2 cube amul cheese
Method
1.Heat butter in a pan
2.add chopped onions and saute till transculent.3.add mix veg, capsicum and mix well.cook for 2 mins
4.now add chopped tomatoes and cook till it turns pulpy
5.In a bowl add 3 tbsp besan and 2 tbsp oats (powdered)
6.then add salt,tuneric powder,oil and water.make a smooth batter.keep aside
7.then add salt,chilli flakes to the veggies
8.then add black pepper powder and chaat masala and cook for 2 mins
9.add grated cubed cheese and mix well and turn off the flame
10.Take a bread and spread the masala on it.
11.cut it into two pieces.
12.heat a non stick pan and spread the batter over it and make chillas and cook both sides.
13.place the bread slice inverted on the chila
14.then roll the sandwoch over it.cook on both sides very well.
15.cut them into pieces and serve.
