Restaurant style kadai paneer


Ingredients

For kadai masala

5-6 dry red chillies
1.5 tsp coriander seeds

For kadai paneer gravy

1meduim to large onion finely chopped
2tsp ginger garlic paste
5-6 medium tomatoes finely chopped
1 large capsicum thinly sliced
1-2 slit green chillies
1/2cup water
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
250 gms cubed paneer
1 tsp crushed kasuri meethi
2tbsp coriander leaves
1 inch ginger jubillions
Salt to taste.

Method

1.dry roast dry red chilli and coriander seeds,grind semi fine powder.

 2.In a kadai heat oil,add onions till they turn translucent.
 3.add ginger garlic paste.saute till raw aroma of ginger garlic goes away.
 4.Now add the finely chopped tomatoes.saute till the whole mixture become like a paste and starts to leave oil.
 5.then add green chilies.
 6.then add thinly chopped capsicum.saute the capsicum for sone 3-4mins.mix very well and saute till the capsicum is half done.
7.add some water and cook in amedium low flame for about 2-3mins.
 8.Now add salt,garam masala powde,kadai masala and mix well.

9.then add paneer cubes and mix again.lastly add kasuri methi.
 10.add ginger julience and mix again.your kadai paneer in restaurant style is ready to serve.
