Pudina Thandai

Ingredients

Fresh Pudina(mint)leaves
Black salt(kala namak)
Sugar 4tbsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Crushed ice

Method

1.risne the pudina leaves properly with water
2.In a blender add fresh pudina leaves and make a juice adding a little water.
3.strain the pudina juice from the strainer in a container.
4.Add sugar to the pudian extract juice.
5.Add lemon juice to it
 6.Add black salt or kala namak to the fresh pudina thandai
7.pour some chilled water to it.
8.mix well and fresh pudina thandai is ready to serve.
