Jain style bharwa Tinda


Ingredients

1kg tinda 
Kaju and Raisins
Boiled potatoes 2-3 medium sized
Paneer grated 2tbsp
1 green chilli
2 large tomatoes
1 tbsp khaas khaas
Oil 4 tbsp
Salt to taste
Cumin 1tsp
Haldi 1tsp
Coriander powder 1tsp
Red chilli powder 2 tsp
Garam masala 1 tsp
Fresh cream 2 tbsp
Coriander leaves finely chopped

Method

1.scoop out the tindas

 2.fry kaju,Raisins and keep aside.
 3.heat oil in a kadai,add mashed boil potato to it
 4.then,add salt and haldi to it
 5.when cooked well.add red chilli powder,amchur powder,garam masala
 6.Then,add grated paneer,and mix well.
 7.Heat oil in a pan add green chilli,tomatoes and cook in medium low flame for 2 mins.
 8.your stuffing is ready.keep aside and cool
 9.stuff the tinda with the stuffing and keep aside.
 10.add khaas khaas to the tomato and red chilli and saute till khaas khaas is cooked and nice aroma comes.cool the mixture and grind the smooth paste.
 11.heat oil in a pressure cooker and add cumin.
 12.then add the smooth paste,and stuffed tinda to it
 13.Then add salt,red chilli powder,coriander powder and mix well
 14.Then,add fresh cream.mix well and pressure cooker the tinda for 3 whistles.
 15.Add freshly corianderto it and it is ready to serve.
