Creamy mirch salsa



Ingredients

10-15 mirch
1tsp mustard seeds(rai)
1/2tsp tumeric powder(haldi)
Salt to taste
1/2
11/2 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp corainder powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1tbsp yogurt(dahi)
2 tbsp fresh cream

Method

1.Heat oil in a non stick pan and add mustard seeds
2.when mustard seeds crackles add mirch and saute.
3.add salt and tumeric powder to it and mix well.c


 
4.cook in a medium low flame for 2-3 mins
5.Now,add mirch powder and coriander powder to it,mix well.
6.Then add amchur powder to it
7.Mix well and cook for about 2-3 mins in a medium low flame.
8.Now add yogurt and mix well.
9.Then add fresh cream to it and keep on stirring till the cream  mix well to the mirch  so that the mirch does not stick to the bottom.
10.stir occasionally and cook till the oil seperatres from the mirch.

11.your creamy mirch salsa is ready to serve.
