Chinese roll Frankie

Chinese Roll 

Ingredients

For filling

Oil 2 tbsp

Onion 1 medium chopped
Capsicum 1 chopped
Carrot,french beans finely chopped
Soya chunks 2 tbsp boiled and cut into pieces
Paneer cubes 2 tbsp
Noodles 1/4 cup boiled
Soya sauce 1 tsp
Tomato ketchup 2 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tsp
Salt to taste>
Black pepper powder 

For frankie

1 cup maida
Salt to taste
1 tsp oil
Water as required

Method

1.heat oil in a pan,add chopped onions and saute till it turns pink.
 2.Add capsicum to it.
 3.Then add carrot and french beans to it.
 4 .add salt to the vegies and mix well and cook
 5.when vegies are half done add black pepper powder,
 6.add soya chunks
 7.add paneer cubes and mix well
 8.add soya sauce to it
 9.then add tomato ketchup and vinegar to it

 10.add noodles to it
 11.mix well and cook for a minute and the filling is readt
 12.Prepare a soft dough and make small balls out of it
 13.roll it with a rolling pin
 14.cook both sides on a tawa and apply butter to both sides

 15.spread this home made dip to the frankie,recepie given in note.
 16.Now add the filling to it
 17.now the chinese style frankie is ready to seeve.
 18.serve hot with ketchup or your favourite cheese dip.

Note:creamy spread recepie-mix 2tbsp fresh malai or cream with 1 tbsp tomato ketchup.
